Transactions
- Purchases — Review manually or OCR-created purchase invoices, source documents, supplier payments, returns, discounts, GST and outstanding balances.
- Sales and invoices — Create GST-aware cash or credit sales, apply line and bill discounts, receive payments, print or share PDFs, edit eligible invoices and process returns.
- Payments and accounts — Collect customer money, pay suppliers, use cash, UPI or bank accounts, allocate credit and print or share payment receipts.
- Accounts and expenses — Use Accounts to review money balances and ledger activity, and use Expenses to record day-to-day business costs that are not sales or purchases.
- Sales and purchase returns — Return eligible sold or purchased quantities while preserving GST values, stock movement, party balances and return-credit history.
Wholesale marketplace
- Buying on the marketplace — Order stock from wholesale suppliers that deliver to your shop: set your delivery location, pick a nearby supplier, fill the cart, check out and receive the stock straight into your inventory.
- Selling on the marketplace — For supplier accounts: put products live on the marketplace, set your store location, delivery radius and minimum order, promote products with advertising campaigns and handle the orders you receive.
Stock, tax and intelligence
- Stock and stock audit — Monitor product stock and expiry, set low-stock levels, count physical inventory, explain discrepancies, finalize adjustments and export audit reports.
- GST and CA compliance — Use product GST and HSN data in invoices, then review GST-R, GST Summary, returns and CA compliance exports for a selected period.
- Reports and accounting — Analyze profit, sales, inventory, stock alerts, expiry, customers, payments, GST and audits, plus day book, ledgers, receivables, payables, cash/bank book and trial balance.
- OCR — Upload a supplier invoice image or PDF, monitor extraction, review every extracted line, assign supplier and product details, then save selected items into purchases and stock.
