These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kroply, an AI-powered cloud-based fertilizer shop management software, Krushi Seva Kendra billing platform, inventory system, and agri-input retail ERP available at https://kroply.in ("Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using Kroply, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Kroply is built for lawful commercial use by Indian agricultural input retailers, fertilizer dealers, pesticide shops, seed distributors, and Krushi Seva Kendras. You represent that you possess all valid business licenses, GST registrations, and regulatory permits required under Indian law (including the Fertiliser Control Order, Pesticides Act, and Seeds Act).
Strict No Auto-Debit / No Auto-Renewal Policy: Kroply does not use automated recurring billing or auto-debit mandates. All plan upgrades, renewals, and add-ons are initiated manually by the user via secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST.
Kroply provides AI-assisted purchase invoice OCR scanning to automate item entry. Users are required to verify all extracted rates, quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and HSN tax rules prior to finalizing stock entries or GST return filings.
You retain full legal ownership of your business data (customer ledgers, stock quantities, invoices, and purchase records). Kroply holds a limited non-exclusive license to store, process, and back up this data solely to deliver the service.
Kroply is an independent, original cloud software platform developed by Kroply Technologies. All third-party product names or terms mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used strictly for reference purposes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
