Step-by-step
Work through each section once during setup and revisit it when business defaults change.
Open Settings
Use the main navigation. On smaller screens, open the More or navigation menu first.
Choose a section
Select Profile, Subscription, Security, Refer & Earn, Payment Accounts, Appearance, Profit Rules, Invoice, Support or Account.
Change one group at a time
Read the inline help, update values and use the section’s save action where provided.
Verify user-visible output
After invoice changes, open Invoice Preview. After language or theme changes, check a major screen and printed content where applicable.
When to use it
- Adding bank and UPI accounts
- Changing invoice logo and numbering
- Switching language or protecting critical actions with a PIN

- Use Invoice Preview before printing a live bill.
- Keep profit percentages non-negative and verify their business meaning before saving.

- Assuming every setting automatically applies to already generated PDF files.
