Orders go to your shop's saved address. You only confirm where the shop is: at the shop, by address search, or by pincode.

Order stock from wholesale suppliers that deliver to your shop: set your delivery location, pick a nearby supplier, fill the cart, check out and receive the stock straight into your inventory.
What you can do
Suppliers near you
Only suppliers whose delivery radius covers your shop are listed, nearest first, with distance and minimum order.
Minimum order amount
Each supplier can set a minimum. Your total for that supplier, including GST, must reach it before you can place the order.
Cart and checkout
The cart is grouped by supplier. Each checkout creates one order for one supplier with Cash on Delivery or supplier credit.
Orders and invoice
My Purchases tracks Placed, Accepted, Shipped, Delivered and Cancelled orders and opens the invoice once the supplier accepts.
Step-by-step
Set the delivery location once per shop, then order as often as you need.
Open the marketplace
In the sidebar open Buy Stock → Buy Products (shortcut: M then H).
Set the delivery location
Next to Deliver to, select Change. If you have several shops, pick the shop first. Use location at my shop, search the address or use the shop pincode, then Confirm location.
Choose a supplier
Open Suppliers near you, check the distance and Min. order, then select View products & order. Or switch to All products to browse by product.
Add products to the cart
Search by name, brand, category or chemical (press / to jump to search), set the quantity and add to cart.
Check out
Open the cart (M then C), check the total against the minimum order and select Checkout for this Supplier. Fill the contact person, phone and optional GSTIN, choose payment terms and select Place Wholesale Order.
Receive the stock
In Buy Stock → My Purchases, when the goods arrive open the order, choose Paid or Credit (Pay Later) and confirm delivery. The stock is added to your inventory and a purchase invoice is created.

- Restocking fast-moving fertilizer before the season
- Comparing nearby suppliers by distance and minimum order
- Buying on supplier credit and tracking the balance in purchases
Tips
- Confirm the delivery location while you are at the shop for the most accurate distance.
- Prices are checked again at checkout; if they changed, review the cart before placing the order.
Common mistakes
- Confirming delivery before counting the goods that actually arrived.
- Expecting one order to include items from two suppliers — check out each supplier separately.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see a supplier I know?
Your shop is outside that supplier's delivery radius, or your delivery location is not set yet. Set the location and check Suppliers near you.
Why can't I place the order?
The total for that supplier, including GST, is below their minimum order amount, or prices changed. Add more items or refresh the cart.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while it is Placed or Accepted. Open My Purchases, select Cancel Order and give a reason.
What happens when I confirm delivery?
The items are added to your stock, the supplier is saved and a purchase invoice is created. Credit orders show the balance due.
