Move around Kroply and bill faster from the keyboard. Press ? anywhere in the web app to see every shortcut available to you.
What you can do
Go to pages
Press G, release, then a letter: D Dashboard, B Invoices, P Products, C Customers, S Suppliers, H Sales history, U Purchase history, R Reports, O Organization and more.
Create records
Press N then P product, C customer, S supplier, E expense, A stock audit or U upload a purchase invoice. G then N starts a new invoice.
Marketplace
Press M then H marketplace home, C cart, O my purchases. Supplier accounts also get M then S overview, R sales orders, P my products, L customers and A promote my products. Alt + Enter continues from the marketplace to the cart and from the cart to checkout.
Billing
Alt + N (F3) new invoice, Alt + C (F2) customer, Alt + I (F4) last product row, Alt + A add line, Alt + M (F7) amount received, Ctrl + S (F9) save, Alt + P (F8) preview, Ctrl + P print.
General and lists
Ctrl + K or / search the page, Alt + R refresh, Alt + E export CSV, Alt + → / Alt + ← next or previous page, Ctrl + B sidebar, Esc close.

Open the list
Press ? anywhere after signing in. Choose Windows / Linux or macOS at the top and search for an action.
Use two-key shortcuts outside text fields
Click on an empty part of the page, press G, N or M, release, then press the second letter within about a second.
Bill from the keyboard
On the invoice screen use F2 or Alt + C for the customer, Alt + A to add lines, Alt + Enter to continue to payment and Ctrl + S to save.
Search any list
Press / or Ctrl + K to jump to the search box, including the marketplace product search.
Print a cheat sheet
Open Settings → Keyboard shortcuts and select Print this sheet to keep one at the counter.
When to use it
- Billing a queue of customers without the mouse
- Jumping between Products, Customers and Reports quickly
- Checking marketplace orders with M then O
Tips
- On a Mac use ⌘ instead of Ctrl and ⌥ (Option) instead of Alt; function keys are not used there.
- The list only shows shortcuts for pages your role can open.
Common mistakes
- Pressing G or M while the cursor is in a text box — the letter is typed instead.
- Expecting a shortcut to place or pay for an order — ordering always needs a click.

You may not have permission for that page, the page has no matching button, or the cursor is inside a text field. Press ? to see what is available.
Do shortcuts work in the mobile app?
No. Keyboard shortcuts are for the web app.
