For supplier accounts: put products live on the marketplace, set your store location, delivery radius and minimum order, promote products with advertising campaigns and handle the orders you receive.
What you can do
Store location and delivery
Set where your store is, how far you deliver (delivery radius in km) and the minimum order amount for delivery.
Advertising campaigns
Promote up to 20 live, in-stock products on the marketplace home and, if requested, on nearby retailers' dashboards.
Orders received
Sell Stock → Sales Orders lets you accept, reject or ship orders and see the profit on each line.
Step-by-step
List products and set your delivery area first — buyers outside the radius cannot see your store.
Put products live
Open Sell Stock → My Products (M then P). Search for a product and select List. The badge changes to Live; use the Live filter to see what buyers can see.
Set store location, radius and minimum order
Open Sell Stock → Overview → Promote my products → Edit store location. Confirm the location, enter the Delivery radius (km) and the Minimum Order Amount for Delivery, then Confirm location. Name and address come from Shop settings.
Request a promotion
On Promote my products select Request a promotion. Search and pick up to 20 products (only live products with stock can be chosen; images help you pick). Choose the advertising area, start date and number of days, then Send request.
Pay and go live
When Admin sends the charge, select Accept quote, enter the payment reference and Submit payment for review. The campaign appears only after payment is confirmed and it is approved.
Handle orders
Open Sell Stock → Sales Orders (M then R). Accept & Deduct Stock to confirm, or Reject with a reason. When dispatched, select Mark as Shipped and add transport or tracking details.
Complete the sale
When the buyer confirms delivery the order is completed and added to your Sales History. Open the invoice from the order at any time.
When to use it
- Selling surplus stock to shops within your delivery area
- Promoting a new product launch in one district
- Setting a minimum order so small deliveries stay worthwhile
Tips
- Keep stock quantities correct — out-of-stock products cannot be advertised and buyers cannot order more than you have.
- Increase the delivery radius only as far as you can actually deliver.
Common mistakes
- Forgetting to list products, so the store looks empty to buyers.
- Accepting an order before checking that the stock is really in the godown.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I pick a product for advertising?
Only products that are Live on the marketplace and have stock can be advertised. List the product and update its stock first.
When is stock deducted?
When you select Accept & Deduct Stock. The buyer's stock is added when they confirm delivery.
Who can see my store?
Buyers whose shop is inside your delivery radius. Advertising never shows your products outside that area.
