Open the subscription area
Use Settings → Subscription History, Subscription Dashboard, or the plan link shown when access is inactive.
Review current entitlement
Check plan status, expiry, OCR pages remaining and supported device/session limits.
Compare current plans
Open Subscription Plans and switch monthly or annual view when provided. Read every plan feature and limit.
Choose plan or add-on
Select the required option and review the checkout summary, tax/discount, validity and OCR-page allocation.
Complete payment and verify
Use the payment gateway. Wait for Kroply’s verification success screen before assuming the plan or add-on is active.

Frequently asked questions
Why is a successful payment shown as queued?
Some plan changes can be queued rather than replacing the current plan immediately. The success screen displays the resulting status.
