Check operator language needs
Ask the counter operator to create a sample bill using an available app language. Do not assume that a Kannada website guide means the interface is translated into Kannada.
Test the complete print path
Use the intended browser or mobile device, printer and paper size. Check product names, line wrapping, tax totals and the remaining balance on the printed sample.
Check daily connectivity
Try the normal shop connection during working hours. If a save response is delayed, check transaction history before repeating the action.
