# Kroply

> Kroply is web-based fertilizer shop management and billing software for Indian fertilizer shops, agri-input dealers and Krishi Seva Kendras. It provides billing, inventory management, supplier management, supplier invoice OCR, customer credit tracking, expenses, reports, batch/expiry tracking and multi-godown/multi-shop management. The application interface currently supports English, Hindi and Marathi.

## Capabilities and limits

- Billing: GST-ready invoices using the HSN code and tax rate configured for each product, with cash and credit prices. Invoices can be shared on WhatsApp or by public link.
- Stock: batch number, manufacturing date and expiry date per product; expiry, near-expiry and low-stock reports; bag or pack stock and loose stock (Split Product); stock audits; multiple godowns with stock transfers.
- Farmer credit (udhari khata): credit sales, part payments and outstanding balances per customer, with reviewed payment reminders shared on WhatsApp.
- Supplier bills: supplier ledger with purchases, payments and returns. AI invoice OCR turns a photo or PDF of a supplier bill into a draft purchase that must be reviewed and corrected before it updates stock. OCR output may contain errors.
- Wholesale marketplace: agri-input suppliers list products with a delivery radius and minimum order; shops order from nearby suppliers and receive the stock into their inventory.
- Shops and staff: multiple shops and staff users within plan limits, with role permissions.
- Reports: sales, purchases, profit and loss, stock, expiry, customer and supplier ledgers, GST summaries and expenses.
- Access: web-based fertilizer shop software that runs in a supported web browser on a PC, laptop, tablet or phone. Authorized users access the same connected shop records. The interface is available in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Pricing: paid plans after a free trial. Current prices, limits and trial terms are listed at https://kroply.in/pricing.
- Tax: invoices use the tax details you configure. Confirm classifications and rates with your accountant. Creating an invoice does not submit a GST return or guarantee regulatory compliance.

## What Kroply is not

- Not the government fertilizer PoS device (iFMS / DBT Aadhaar authentication) and not connected to it. Subsidised fertilizer sales must still be authenticated on that device.
- Not connected to the SATHI seed portal, and it does not file GST returns.
- Not fertilizer-manufacturing ERP, farm-management software or a farmer-facing app.
- Not related to the kroply.com domain or to similarly named farm apps such as Croply.

Every user can stay signed in on one web browser and one mobile phone or tablet at the same time. A new login on the same app replaces that user's earlier session on that app.

### Can Kroply help with GST billing and reports?
Kroply uses configured product tax details for invoices and provides GST summaries for review. Check HSN codes and rates with your accountant; generating an invoice is not the same as filing a return.

### Does the mobile app work without internet?
Core features require an internet connection to keep data in sync across your team. We recommend a stable mobile data connection for best performance.

### What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
We accept all major UPI apps, debit and credit cards, and net banking through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

### Can multiple staff members use Kroply?
Yes. Give each staff member their own user login. Your plan controls how many users you can add, and every user gets one web session plus one mobile session at the same time.

### Can I manage supplier accounts and purchases?
Yes. Kroply includes a complete supplier ledger — record purchases, track outstanding dues, log payments, and view full transaction history for each supplier.

### What reports does Kroply generate?
Kroply generates sales reports, purchase reports, customer ledgers, supplier ledgers, GST summaries, expense reports, profit and loss statements, and stock audit reports.

### Can I share invoices with customers digitally?
Yes. You can send invoices via WhatsApp or share a public link. Customers can view and download their invoice without needing a Kroply account.

### How does stock management work?
Stock levels update automatically when you create sales invoices or record purchases. You can run a stock audit, set low-stock alerts, and track batch or expiry details for each product.

### Is Kroply built specifically for agriculture input dealers?
Yes. Kroply is designed for fertilizer, pesticide, seed, and agri-input retailers. Features like GST item categories, OCR invoice scanning, and Marathi language support are tailored to this industry.

### Are payment details needed to register for the free trial?
The trial registration flow uses your account and business details and OTP verification. Paid subscription checkout is a separate step. Review the current trial terms during signup.

### How is fertilizer billing different from general billing?
Fertilizer dealers often need batch and expiry records, bag and loose-unit stock, supplier purchase bills and farmer credit alongside invoices. Compare these workflows when choosing software.

### How can I manage multiple godowns?
Use stock locations to track where goods are stored. Record transfers with the source, destination and quantity, then compare location balances with physical stock.

### Can Kroply manage multiple shops?
Organization shop management lets authorized users add and manage shops within plan limits. Check the active shop before entering transactions or reading reports.
